The long awaited and highly anticipated PINNACLE Users Conference is back! Attendees will want to arrive on Sunday, May 9th as sessions begin Monday morning. (PAB members will want to arrive Saturday, May 8th.) Refine your knowledge of the PINNACLE Application and its features and functionality and discover new and existing facets of PINNACLE and how to leverage them within your organization. In addition, you will have the unique opportunity to network with industry peers and PINNACLE employees.
The 2010 PINNACLE Users Conference will include:

- » 40 instructive sessions, which include live demonstrations, trainings and discussions
- » Regional User Group Meetings on Tuesday morning, May 11th
- » Breakfast provided Mon, Tues, Wed; Lunch provided Mon, Tues; AM and PM Snacks

Track 1 » Using PINNACLE to Maximize Performance and Best Practice
Learn how to conduct a product assessment, implement best practices, monitor, measure and substantiate the value of service support and service delivery operations that have been integrated throughout PINNACLE V6.3.
Track 2 » Mastering the Essentials of PINNACLE V6.3 (Hands On - Must Pre-register)
All Track 2 workshops will follow an interactive format that facilitates hands-on training and guides attendees to the essential understanding of PINNACLE V6.3.
REQUIREMENT: All registrants must bring their own laptop.

Track 3 » Technical Forum
Track 3 is geared towards the technical person interested in understanding and leveraging the array of innovations embedded in PINNACLE V6.3. This Technical Forum will also provide an understanding of new platforms, new technologies and third party integration pertaining to V6.3.
Track 4 » Customer Best Practices
Exclusively customer-lead presentations. Presenter will share lessons learned and best practice recommendations as it relates to using PINNACLE.
Track 5 » *NEW* Be a Strategic Contributor to PINNACLE V6.5
A series of interactive discussions facilitated by the PINNACLE Product Manager and Developers. Participants can provide ideas for future enhancements. Developers will demo prototypes of new functionality.
