The PINNACLE team is lead by a team of experienced PAETEC professionals.
John Chapman, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
John Chapman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for PAETEC. In this role he oversees corporate strategy, marketing, product development, and corporate training.
Under his leadership as Vice President of Product Development at PAETEC, the company received numerous accolades and awards, including Most Innovative Product for SIP Trunking by Telephony Magazine, the IP Innovator Award from Cisco, and named Most Innovative Competitive Carrier by New Paradigm Resources Group. Mr. Chapman brings over 30 years of experience in a number of increasingly responsible Telecommunications and IT positions, from leading marketing, product management and product development, to equipment, voice, data and value added services.
Mr. Chapman earned his bachelor's degree from Long Island University, and Masters degree from Chapman University in California and serves on the board at Literacy Volunteers of Rochester.
Larry Foster, VP General Manager
Larry Foster currently manages the PAETEC engineering, consulting, and support units responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing production support of the PINNACLE Communication Management Suite.
Mr. Foster started his technology career as an electrical engineering instructor for Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville where he taught network and computer design courses. In the early 1990s, he became the Assistant Director of Information Technology at the University. His spectrum of responsibilities included designing, implementing, and supporting the University's multi-media communication infrastructure and other enterprise services, such as managing the campus helpdesk and employee training operations.
Josh Moscov, Senior Director of Sales & Business Operations
Josh Moscov began his career at PAETEC in 2000 as the PINNACLE Regional Sales Manager, responsible for the Mid-Atlantic, South, and Mid-West regions. In August 2004, Mr. Moscov was promoted to Director of PINNACLE Sales for North America. With his passion for integrity, quality, and strategic focus, now as Senior Director of Sales and Business Operations he now successfully manages all aspects of PINNACLE Direct and Channel Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering and oversees all general business matters.
Prior to working at PAETEC, Mr. Moscov gained valuable experience within the industry. He began as a Senior Account Manager for Frontier Communications (formerly Rochester Telephone Corp.), and moved to a Sales position at Sprint PCS, assisting with the company's entry into wireless communications in 1996. From 1998-2000, Josh served as an International Billing Sales Consultant for Veramark Technologies, selling Carrier Billing Systems across Europe and Africa.
Terry O'Brien, Director Service and Operations
Terry O'Brien began his career at PAETEC in April of 2000, as a PINNACLE Implementation Manager, responsible for implementing our software for all vertical markets. He also served as Product Support Manager, and Senior Manager of Professional Services. Today, as Director, Mr. O'Brien is responsible for the managed services, account development and customer support organizations.
Prior to joining PAETEC, Mr. O'Brien was the Assistant Director of Telecommunications at SUNY Geneseo, and the Telecommunications Manager at SUNY Oneonta.
