PINNACLE Advisory Board members meet face-to-face with the PINNACLE Product Manager and Senior Engineers to help design and direct the growth of the product by discussing industry changes, new technologies, development initiatives, and product designs. Our Advisory Board is instrumental in helping PAETEC meet PINNACLE customers' needs.

In order for PAETEC to make timely and accurate decisions regarding future PINNACLE product strategy, we must prioritize the many great ideas we receive from hundreds of individuals and focus on those that will reap the greatest benefits for the greatest number of customers.
