Each year, PAETEC hosts the largest communications management conference in the industry. PINNACLE Customers gather to discuss industry trends and product experiences while receiving detailed product training over the course of three days.

2007 PINNACLE Users Conference
The 2007 PINNACLE Users Conference took place in Boston with approximately 340 attendees from 130 customer sites - 75 percent of all PINNACLE customers were represented at the conference.
A Pre-Conference Workshop for first-time PINNACLE Users was a huge success, with over 70 attendees. Fifteen Product Consultants led small group discussions and demonstrations to give our first-time users a grasp on basic functionality and navigation before diving into the full conference agenda.
Another Conference hit was the Customer Meeting Room, where customers could sit with their Product Consultant or Customer Support team and discuss issues specific to their organization. Customers loved the face-to-face interaction with our employees.
The Customer Appreciation Event was held at the New England Aquarium, and was attended by more than 550 people, including PINNACLE customers, PAETEC employees, and regional New England customers.
It was a great success for PINNACLE and our dedicated and enthusiastic customers.
